RENTAL CONDITIONS :
a-) Driver's
Licence And Age : Minumum 2 years of valid national or international driver's
licence and
22 years of age for the 1 st group ( B. C. D. E ), 26 years of age and 2
years of driving licence for the
2 nd group ( F. H. I. K. M. P ) and 3 rd group ( R.S.T )
b-) Rental
Priod : Minumum rental is one day. Special rates are applied for long term rentals.
c-) Rates
: Rates include oil, maintenance, third party insurance ( up the limits ), 15 %
Value Added Tax ( V.A.T.) is excluded and gasoline paid by the client. Chauffeur - driven
cars and guide available upon request. Luggage rack available at DM 12 - per day upon
request. Child seats are also available within 48 hours of notice. Supplied at DM 12- per
day. .d-) Payment : The estimated cost of the rental is payable atthe time of delivery of
the car ( minumum DM 500.-) and the final adjustment is made on completion of the rental.
Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1 / 3 of the rate applied. Any
fraction excess of 3 hours will be computed as a full day. No deposit required from the
holders of authorized credit cards ( American Espress, Visa, Diners, Eurocard, Master
Card, Access ) A small deposit will be required at the start of the rental to cover the
estimated cost of gasoline.
e-) Insurance : Client's liability for collision damage for the 1 st
group is limited up to DM 9000.- for the 2 nd group DM 18.000.- , for 3 rd group DM
22.000.- per accident. This can be waived at 6.000.000.- TL per day for 1 st group,
7.000.000.- TL per day for 2 nd group and 8.000.000. TL per day for 3 rd group.
However, if the car is driven under the influence of alcohol and drugs,
above the legal speed limits, if the traffic report and the alcohol report is not
submitted within 48 hours, Collison Damage Waiver
( C.D.W.) is considered void, the driver is kept responsible for the damage.
İf C.D.W is not accepted and in the event of vehicle is found within 45 days, the lessee
is reponsible to pay for the rental charges up to the date the vehicle is found. İf the
vecihle is not faund in 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay the current value of the
vehicle. İnsurance does not cover tyre punctures, windscreen or headlight breakages and
theft of spare tyre. This can be waived at TL 3.000.000.- per day for 1 st group, TL
4.000.000.- per day for 2 nd group, and TL 6.000.000.- per day for 3 rd group. Request for
permission for additional driver must be made at the time the car is rented. Otherwise,
insurance becomes void.
Additional Driver Charge is TL 4.000.000.- per day. ( For each driver )
f- Personel Accıdent Insurance : Available at 4.000.000.- per day for
all groups except vehicles of group H, TL 8.000.000.- per day for group H.

Deliver And Collection : Free delivery and colletion of cars at Europcar - Esin
stations and airport offices within offices within office hours. Delivery and collection
outside city limits of Europcar, Esin stations are charged at 100.000.- TL / km. to
the nearest Europcar - Esin station. For less than 3 day rentals, one - way drop - off
charge is DM 150.- Due to the special conditions of the stations is Side, Alanya, Kemer,
Bursa, Dalyan, Erzurum, Fethiye, Kayseri, Ürgüp, Bodrum, Marmaris, Dalaman a
drop - off charge of 80.000.- TL / km. will be applied for all the one - way
rentals from or to the above mentioned stations.
h- Traffic Fines : Tickets and
subsequend administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations incurred during the
rental period are cherged to the renter. We reserve the right to subsitute type and make
of car under circumstances beyond our control. Rates and conditions are subject to change
without prior notice. No car can be taken out of Turkey
